SPINNING UNIT AT VADGAON, KOLHAPUR, MAHARASHTRA.

R. M. Mohite Industries Ltd. has expanded its capacity with most modern and sophisticated machines. The state of art of machinery and technology has been supplied by the reputed and renowned world class leaders in textile machinery like RIETER, SCHLAFHORST, LUWA, VOLKMANN, USTER etc.

The company has installed capacity of 35,216 spindles. Out of this, 10080 spindles are used for compact yarn. The company is manufacturing cotton yarn including slub yarn of the count range between 20's and 100's. Also the company has 22 TFOs, 2 OE Machines with 640 Rotors producing count range between 5's and 10's and 19 Knitting Machines.

WEAVING UNIT AT KAGAL, FIVE STAR MIDC, KOLHAPUR, MAHARASHTRA.

The unit is equipped with “SULZER” make Looms (144) with 130”/150”/170” width and a capacity of approx 9 Lakhs meters monthly. The unit also has sizing and weaving facility under one roof. This unit too produces domestic, Industrial and Export quality fabric. There is a wide range of available weaves namely Plain, Twill, Drill, Satin, Satin-stripes, Matt, Duck etc. Our reliability and high quality has earned us reputable Bombay-Dyeing as the largest buyer of the product line. With a man power of approx 400, the unit has provided generous employment opportunities in the area.

WEAVING UNIT AT KHOTWADI, ICHALKARANJI, MAHARASHTRA.

This weaving unit produces domestic, Industrial and Export quality fabric. This unit was a pioneer as “SULZER  Air- Jet Looms (48) of 110” width were used for the first time in Kolhapur District. The “SWISS” make Looms have “TUCK IN” unit at both ends can give an output of 72” to 105” in width. The looms are equipped with a facility of Centre Leno too. The capacity of this unit is approximately 3 Lakh meters monthly in medium and fine counts.
